Cinnamon


We only use Ceylon cinnamon in our bars. Ceylon is known as the "true" cinnamon as opposed to the more commonly used Cassia cinnamon.

Loaded with antioxidants -  Protects the body from damage caused by free radical.

Anti-inflammatory - Cinnamon helps fight infections and decreases inflammation that can cause chronic disease.

Reduces risk of heart disease - Cinnamon has been proven to reduce levels of bad cholesterol and increase levels of good cholesterol.

Facilitates metabolism - Cinnamon helps optimize the key hormones that control metabolism and energy.

Lowers blood sugar levels - Cinnamon has been shown to reduce the amount of glucose that enters the bloodstream. Too much glucose in the bloodstream can cause inflammation, diabetes, weight gain, and chronic disease.
